You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return — no stress, no drama.
To qualify:
- Your item must be unused, unworn, with all original tags intact
- It should be returned in its original packaging
- You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

🚚 Received the Wrong or Damaged Item?
Oh no — that’s not the Trendora experience we want for you!
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can fix the issue ASAP.
🚫 Items That Can’t Be Returned
Some items just can't make the return journey. These include:
- Perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (like cosmetics or skincare)
- Hazardous materials or flammable items
- Sale items or gift cards (these are final sale)

🔄 Need an Exchange?
We don’t do direct exchanges, but here’s what you can do:
- Return the item you have
- Once your return is accepted, place a new order for what you want
Fast, simple, and efficient!
💸 Refunds
Once your return reaches us and passes inspection, here’s what happens:
- We’ll notify you if the refund is approved
- If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days
Keep in mind: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
